Cool
By
Michael Morpurgo

I really enjoyed this book because the way the author described how Robbie was in his coma not being able to move or speak but able to hear everything that everyone in his room was saying. This book is one of my favourites because when I was reading it was so descriptive that I felt as if I was right there watching it all happen. This book is great for understanding how children are affected as well as adults when parents split.
I felt sorry for Robbie because when he was in coma he kept thinking his dog had been run over but actually his canine friend was what made him wake up.

SWEET 16
MARY-KATE AND ASHLEY
DREAM HOLIDAY

ELIZA WILLARD

I really enjoyed this book because I like Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. I enjoyed reading about it because it was about a skiing holiday and I like skiing. The characters in it are Mary-Kate, Ashley, Nancy, Nate and Bill. When Mary-Kate and Ashley hear there is a mystery Prince at the resort they want to find out who he is. They have a bit of trouble finding out though because he disguises himself as a normal person. Everytime he goes somewhere new he disguises himself as someone different. When Nancy has a bad fall on the slopes Ashley offers to help look after the kids and Nate helps her. When the dance comes and Mary-Kate and Ashley are finally invited they find out the prince isn’t the person they thought it was.

DIAMOND GIRLS
By Jacqueline Wilson

I thought this book was very interesting to read because of the way Jacqueline Wilson described the characters. My favourite character was Dixie, I felt quite sorry for her because the way Rochelle and Martine treated her because she carried a toy bird called Bluebell around everywhere she went. I felt sorry for Mary because of the way her mum was treating her. I would recommend this book to a friend because I think it is a really good book.

SWEET 16
MARY-KATE AND ASHLEY
PLAYING GAMES

ELIZA WILLARD

I really enjoyed reading this book because it is another one of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s books and I like them. The characters in it are Mary-Kate, Ashley, Brittany, Lauren and Jake. It is Brittany’s birthday and Mary-Kate, Ashley and Lauren decide to throw her a surprise birthday party they get her a very special present. The only thing about her present is that they have to go and get it the morning of her birthday when she has invited them to her house. Mary-Kate goes but Ashley and Lauren have to go for the present. They are late and can’t make it to the dinner but Brittany gets a bit muddled. She thinks they don’t like her anymore and are ignoring her. Will they manage to get her to the party on time?
